Get To Know Me

Taryn is a junior at Texas Southern University majoring in Communications with a minor in sports management. She believes that athletes and their organizations should have proper representation and she loves being able to provide media directly to the fans and consumers. Taryn has earned a spot on her university dean’s list.

Taryn is a member of the TSU Herald Newspaper where she serves as a media correspondent/personality. She is also a member of the NAACP chapter at Texas Southern, a member of the TSU Volleyball team, the Student Athlete Advisory Committee where she serves on the fundraising committee and the student development committee. Taryn is also apart of HER TSU (Campus social club focused on mentorship, sisterly relations, professional development, and philanthropy)
